CESS CITIZEN is an independent recording and performing artist from Philadelphia who represent an equal opportunity for all genders, communities, and works of faith. This is the 5th music tour he has started, however, he has been working since 2015 after he changed his major in college to writing and literature from architecture. To go on and write and record his first album, awaken one – he released in fall 2016. This tour is in response to his current release OFF SEASON and his release THIRD BORN. These music recording projects are full of heart, honesty, and of course all the great hip-hop elements such as: lyrics, vivid stories, and smooth cruise sounds. At the age of 28, CESS CITIZEN, is better than ever and ready to entertain audiences from all over the world.
